I recently stumbled upon this recipe and I couldn’t be more happy, because this might be the single best brownie I have ever eaten in my entire life – and trust me, that’s saying a lot. I’m definitely going to make this one more time tomorrow and in a slight variation. Because I’m going to refine the brownie with some chocolate chips.
Single serving desserts are the best invention ever. I love them so much! They also help you to reduce the amount of sugar that you eat (I know it’s mainly recipes for desserts that I post). You have that single serving and then you are done. No full baking tray sitting on your kitchen counter. You don’t need that much discipline, which I don’t have when it comes to desserts. Before I forget, the picture above shows the brownie that I ate in a little more than 2 minutes.
Coming in the next weeks and months, I have a few other ideas in store for more single serving desserts. I’m sure you guys will love them just as much as I do!
Ingredients For Brownie:
- 6 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- a tiny bit of salt
- 4 tablespoon oil (preferably coconut oil)
- 5 tablespoon non-dairy milk (I used coconut milk and I don’t regret it)
As always, start with mixing the dry ingredients. Then pour in the coconut milk and oil. More stirring. Set your microwave to full power and bake the brownie for about 3 minutes max. Remember to let it sit and allow for cooling.
