Green Smoothie With Spinach
Guys, I don’t know about you, but I love Vegan smoothies! It only takes 5 minutes to make them, you don’t have to do much cleaning afterwards, and they are super-duper delicious.
I like to start off every other day with a fresh smoothie first thing in the morning. There are literally hundreds of recipes for you to try out and today, I’d like to provide you with one of my own. It’s a simple green spinach smoothie with a bit of fruit and other green veggies.
This smoothie is full of all the right vitamins and minerals that you need to make your day a successful one. Spinach is known to be rich in folate, vitamin K and vitamin A. The added fruits will give you a vitamin C boost and strengthen your immune system. Avocado contains lots of B vitamins, more vitamin K, potassium, and copper.
Ingredients For Spinach Smoothie:
- 1 cup iced water
- ice cubes
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 small cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 medium-sized green apple or pear (or both)
- 1 small kiwi
- Handful parsley
Chop all ingredients into small pieces and throw them into your blender. Mix for about 1 minute and until all remaining spinach leaves have vanished. Pour in a cold glass and enjoy with a straw!
