Hopefully you all read my review of Rhythm Superfoods' Kale Chips! While I do love those chips, they do get pretty pricey. So I found myself actually craving Kale the other night. Kale Chips that is! So I found this really great recipe online for making Kale Chips and I topped them with a Cheezy Herb Powder mixture and they turned out so great! I seriously ate the whole bunch of Kale! When Kale is roasted, it turns out to be crispy and yummy! It really is such a great snack and much better for you than potato chips!
My friend's baby shower went really well yesterday! I didn't get a super great picture of the chocolate cupcakes. They went too fast for me to get a good picture! I'll put up the recipe and picture soon for you guys!

I LOVE kale chips! Yummmmmmy!
ReplyDeleteThat's so funny because the day you posted about the bagged kale chips, my daughter and I tried making a batch of baked kale chips of our own. You're right the bagged ones are expensive and kale is so cheap! They came out really good! I <3 kale!!!
